affordable, luxurious apartment, the Queen Room B&B in the
Homestead or the self contained, comfortable Liptelvin
Scenic Caravan, located near the Homestead in winter or
beside the Delatite River in warm or hot weather.
All are
Pet Friendly.
We will do our very best to make your stay here pleasant and
memorable, whether you just want to relax and chill out, or
want to visit the attractions in our area.
On arrival, we will welcome you with hot or cold drinks and
help you plan your perfect stay. |

There are a variety of
packages can be customised for you, e.g.
- Adventure Package with a 4WD Trip
and/or trail riding and/or helicopter flight.
- Pamper Package with a massage
and/or facial.
- Romantic Package with wine and
chocolates on arrival, and customised extras e.g.
Massages, dining by candle light, watching the sunset
from the top of our hill with 360 degree views etc.
- Family packages – can include
visit/s to the nearby interactive zoo and/or horse
riding and/or boat rides and picnics on Lake Eildon.

How to find “Liptelvin Hillside Retreat” from Mansfield

In Mansfield, follow
the signs to the road which goes to Mt Buller. (i.e.
along High St past all shops. Right turn on to Chenery
St. Left turn on to Mt Buller Rd)

.About 3 kms along,
turn RIGHT on to the Jamieson - Woods Point Rd.

Approx 8km later,
after crossing Delatite River, turn RIGHT on to the road
to GOUGHS BAY.

Travel approximately
8 kms to the part where the road swings left to Goughs
Bay, veers slightly right to Walshs Rd (to the Pines)
and does a very sharp right turn on to Howes Creek Road.

Turn on to HOWES
CREEK RD which is a gravel road and has a “gravel road
warning sign”.

About 1 km further on
is a bridge. 400 meters past the bridge is a drive on
the right.

On the fence is a
sign "Liptelvin
Hillside Retreat".

Turn right and
proceed up this drive to the third gate on the right.
(You will see a small green shed and a “Liptelvin
Hillside Retreat”
sign on the fence). Turn in and follow the drive around
to the parking area.
